Nikki Cooper is the Founder of Inner Me. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2009 at the age of 28, Nikki threw herself into researching diet, exercise and traditional and alternative medicines as a means of keeping the condition at bay.
Nikki began to take supplements to help her boost her nervous system, mitochondria and general wellbeing. She discovered that by taking fish oils, complemented by other vitamins and minerals, not only did she feel better with lower fatigue levels but she also looked better – dewy skin and thick glossy hair being amongst the most obvious benefits.
Having researched the right combination of supplements, she found herself faced with a myriad of brands all with varying price ranges and with little indication as to their quality. The packaging didn’t appeal either; unattractive, gloomy, and cumbersome plastic containers cluttered up her bathroom and kitchen. It was here that the idea for Inner Me sparked.
Nikki spent the next two years collaborating with nutritionists and pharmacists to research the optimal supplements that could offer women a complete wellbeing package – where Inner Me does the work so you don't have to. Nikki's favourite products are the Daily 4 range where the guesswork around supplementation has been eliminated - daily strips of supplements tailored for you!
She is now focused on inspiring women as to the genuine benefits of a healthy diet and lifestyle supplemented with vitamins, minerals, live cultures and fish oils together with taking a little 'me' time to achieve a level of wellbeing that we all deserve.
