Where are IM supplements made?

We are passionate about the science behind our formulas and the quality of our ingredients. This is why our capsules and tablets are manufactured to the highest pharmaceutical standard. All of our products are made in the UK to GMP standards.

Which IM supplements can I take if planning pregnancy, pregnant or breast feeding?

We always recommend that if you are planning pregnancy, are pregnant or breast-feeding, that you seek advice from your GP before taking any products - especially if you are taking any other medications or supplements. 

Why are some ingredients more than 100% RDA and some are less?

Some vitamins and minerals more easily received through diet than others. Vitamin D for example is extremely hard to obtain through diet alone - the most efficient source is the sun! If under medical supervision, pregnant or lactating, seek guidance from your doctor before using any of our products.

How do I return/exchange a product?

You are entitled to return your order to us for a full, no questions asked, refund, providing that you purchased the goods directly from the Inner Me Limited official website, that the goods have not been opened, that the goods are defective in any way and that you advise us that you intend to return the goods no later than 14 days from their receipt and in any case no more than 30 days from the date of your order. Advice of any returns must be communicated in writing to hello@innerme.co.uk where we will give you the return address.

How do I change my contact details?

Please notify hello@innerme.co.uk of any changes of circumstance. We will be happy to update your details for you.

How can I find out my password?

Please email hello@innerme.co.uk with your enquiry. We will be happy to retrieve this information for you.

Subscriptions:

How do I pay for my repeat order through the subscription?

You may set up a direct debit through Global Iris. At the end of every month, unless you notify us otherwise, a new pack shall be dispatched to your saved address once payment has been confirmed as successful. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

How often will I receive my product?

Every month.

When will my card be debited?

The same day of each month your initial order is placed. For example, if you first subscribe to a product on the 1st of the month, payment will be taken on the 1st of the following months.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Please email hello@innerme.co.uk to let us know.

Do I have to wait a set period before cancelling a subscription?

You may cancel your contract with us at any time. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your contract you must notify us by email to our email address hello@innerme.co.uk.

Delivery:

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are packed and dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders made before 2pm will be shipped the same day or after 2pm the following day. All UK orders are sent via the Royal Mail First Class Service so should arrive with you within 2 working days.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

No. All UK deliveries are sent out through Royal Mail, First Class.

How will my order be delivered?

All UK orders will be sent by first class Royal Mail which offers delivery within 2 working days. During periods of increased Royal Mail activity (for example during the Christmas period) some delays in delivery service may be experienced.
